Laney unveil the Digbeth Series DB500H: a beefy 500-Watt bass amp head blessed with modern tech and classic looks. Besides compact-yet-powerful, the DB500H is remarkably adaptable and offers bassists all of the options needed to sling bang-on bass lines in any situation.
The DB500H: Two Channels, A Potent 3-Band EQ and a Mighty Tilt Control
The entire palette of sounds are accessed via two switchable channels where the FET and Tube channel each come with individual volume pots. The drive pot needs no further explanation while, using the 3-band EQ of the Digbeth DB500H and the two extra mid-range controls, it's easy to take your sound to the next level. Want to take tonal transformation to the extreme? Try tweaking the Tilt pot. Nudging it to the left gives you more mid-range presence while twisting it to the right pulls out stronger basses and trebles.

Any matching 4-Ohm speaker cab that can handle up to 500 Watts can be hooked up via the speak-on output on the right (tip: check out the Laney 2x12 DBV212-4 if you're in need of something more portable). In addition to a mono FX loop for external effects, the DB500H top also features a balanced XLR DI output to accommodate stage and studio use, as well as a headphone jack and an AUX input for silent, play-along practice sessions.
